If you find shopping online time consuming and if you are unsure if certain outfits suit you then this is the service for you. You can use the “trial login ” service to play before you decide.

What information do I need to enter when I join?
The information that you need to enter when you join depends on what type of membership and service you prefer. As an open member you only need to enter your name, email address and home address. If you wish to become a focused or tailored member, then you need to supply information regarding your dominant colouring, style personality and body shape and any other information that would benefit you when you are looking for clothes to suit you personally.

What is the difference between Open and Focused membership?
Open membership will search using less focused parameters. Focused membership relies on you knowing atleast your dominant colour or season. Therefore the focused search will be more personal to suit your colouring, style personality and body shape.

Why has 2B-i.com stoped charging for membership?
Our hope is that by making the service free, more members will us the site to shop. When you click from 2B-i to another site
and make a purchase, we can gain some commission. With enough members buying via 2B-i the cost of running the site can be
covered.

Why do you charge for amending personal information?
2B-i.com only charges to amend information that is relevant to give you a personal service, such as current address, body shape and dominant colouring, However, you can change your shopping history anytime on your “details” page, without incurring an amendment fee.

Do I have to pay the amendment fee?
No, not if you are changing within the first 7 days of joining. Just make sure to contact 2B-i.com as soon as you think you have entered any incorrect information. We will discuss the next step, and put you in contact with Berith, or another stylist nearer to you, if we think that your colouring or style personality needs reanalysing.

Yes, some of the sales but not all. We are given a varied commission from our affiliated retailers.

No. Some retailers are so small that they are not part of an affiliate scheme.

How does the wish list work?
When you become a member, and use the shop for me service, you will be able to save favourite clothes items on a separate page by clicking on the 'star icon'. You can also send your wish list to family and friends to remind them what you really would like for your birthday. All items will be stored there until you delete them or until the retailer have withdrawn any direct links.

Can I send my wish list to more than one person?
Yes. You will be given an option to send more emails after the first one have been sent. Perhaps you want to send a copy to yourself?

How do I shop for the recommended items?
You buy from the retailer. As soon as you click on the clothes item a new link will open up, which will take you directly to the retailers own site. Follow their instructions and ordering procedure and don't forget to order the recommended colour in your size.

How much does it cost to become an associate stylist?
There is no charge for a line in our directory but if you wish to have a whole page, where you can enter all the relevant business information, to enable prospective clients to find you, is currently £54 per year.
